Then choose:
Client Connection
 
To log into the site for the first time, use the following:
 
Investment Center ID - Your primary account number (no spaces or hyphens)
 
Password - "TI" plus the date of birth for the primary participant on the account
 
 Example: John Doe's date of birth 01/01/56 and his account number is AB1234567.  His Investment Center ID would be AB1234567, and his password would be TI010156.
 
Once you log in successfully, you will be prompted to enter a new password (8-12 characters), answer security questions, choose an image and personal phrase.
